I am really pleased with the food and the weight loss since being on this diet. I now don’t look for snacks in between meals and enjoy every mouthfull of what I do have. I have lost just over half a stone in just over a week and feel so much better for it. I no longer feel bloated or puffy.
I am also enjoying the different tastes and textures of the food a lot more then when I was munching all the time.
